Who am I?

I’m Leilani Sáez, founder of Natural Capacities coaching. I’m an ICF-certified life coach and member of the Mindful Coaches Association.

I help overwhelmed clients become more stress resilient by strengthening their personal awareness. We focus on how their brain-wiring tendencies and unique needs shape how they’re functioning. Together, we take goal-directed action to move them beyond hidden, unhelpful mental habits and beliefs that are keeping them stressed out. As a former cognitive researcher, I use proven and doable methods to reduce stress and create positive, lasting growth. Because our work focuses on the mind, clients gain insights that help them more skillfully tap into their natural capacities to overcome their challenges with less effort.
