Hi, there! I’m so glad you found me.
As a former special educator, life-long “outside of the box” thinker, and highly sensitive person, I have a deep understanding of the obstacles to thriving. After 20+ years as a researcher, I have an appreciation for systems and proven methods. I take a heart-centered, structured, and practical approach to my work.
I love connecting people, connecting ideas, and connecting to resources! And so I love sharing interesting, doable, reliable, and high-quality working memory related (all things mind!) research, so that others can use these ideas and practices to help themselves live better. Working memory is one of the primary mental processes we use to do what we do — it’s what enables us to combine how we feel with what we think/believe, to act. I coach to support people on their unique journey toward living more resiliently – as an open-minded listener, guide on the side, and well-being advocate.
